Jennifer Lahl
Director of Development
Jennifer Lahl worked as a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse and then Senior Level Nursing Manager at a large Children’s Hospital. After pursuing her graduate degree in Bioethics, she founded and served as President of the Center for Bioethics and Culture. She has 20 plus years of non-profit executive experience, and is a filmmaker, author, and researcher who has provided expert testimony on Capitol Hill, the United Nations, and the European Parliament.
Jennifer graduated from California State University at Fullerton, CA with her BSN and her MA degree in Bioethics from Trinity International University in Illinois

Forrest Smith
RHN Ambassador
Forrest is a native Oregonian and lover of trees, creeks, and mountains. He detransitioned in January 2021 after experiencing surgical regret from his gender transition. Jamie Reed
Director of Strategy and Communications
Jamie is one of the first public whistleblowers from a pediatric gender clinic in the United States. Her explosive first person account, “I thought I was saving trans kids, now I am blowing the whistle” was published in The Free Press in February 2023. The story traveled the globe. Jamie is now the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Courage Coalition, an American based nonprofit of lesbians and gay male adults seeking to reform youth gender medicine.
Jamie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research Management from Washington University with an BA in Cultural Anthropology.
