Katherine Welch, MD
Pediatrician
Dr. Katherine Welch is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric internship and residency at University of Alabama-Birmingham. After serving refugees, orphans, trafficking survivors, and other marginalized people in Asia and Europe for 22 years, she relocated to Indiana to continue her work at the intersection of health and justice. Dr. Katherine launched her solo direct primary care practice, Imago Dei Restorative Health, in 2024 and absolutely loves the freedom she has to practice medicine as well as the time to continue her many other passions.

Steve Foley, MD
Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Steven Foley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and his medical
degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and
Gynecology at Indiana University Hospitals in Indianapolis, Indiana and has been in active clinical
practice since 1988. In addition to primary care obstetrics and gynecology, he has focused attention on the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS and the medical treatment of obesity. His clinical experience has also led him to recognize the importance of diagnosing and treating hormone imbalance in both men and women.

Michael Laidlaw, MD
Endocrinology
Dr. Michael K. Laidlaw is a board certified endocrinologist with an interest in helping to restore hormone balance and health to those who regret gender transition. He has written and spoken on the topic of medical harms of gender transition and the restoration of health for those who wish to detransition. Dr. Laidlaw received a bachelors of science degree in biology with a concentration in molecular cell biology at San Jose State University and completed his medical degree at the University of Southern California. He completed a residency program in Internal Medicine, followed by completing a fellowship program in Endocrinology including research at Los Angeles County/University of Southern California. He now works in private practice as an independent physician.
